We're hoping to put some of Frantz' recipes here for you to try at home but we're not ready yet!

In the meantime, how about checking our Pak Choi Noodle recipe and information sheet (open attachments below)? Frantz used this recipe in a cooking demonstration at the Noel Park Area Assembly in Noel Park Primary School (Feb 2010). Please note that the recipe info sheet was put together using various sources (details at the end of the sheet) so please use the health infomation wisely. If you have any queries from what you have read, send them to us and we will ask our friendly dieticians at St Ann's Hospital if they can help, as we are not qualified to answer.
